Pattern name unknown as all my normal resources failed my search. Cambridge does make lots of variations of this style that features a fairly non-descript handle with a rounded raised scroll of many different patterns. The design often looks free flowing, almost organic, and provides strength to the simple stamped handle. This is one of their more basic designs with just a flowing band along the handle that splits at the end. The scroll is in a gloss finish like the bowl/tines while the rest of the handle is a sand or satin finish for contrast. Not having any idea what the pattern is called (may have only been produced for a year or 2) it will be difficult to add pieces to the set. This is a set of 6 complete place settings so should serve a young family for several years. I can even see adding serving pieces from some of the similar Cambridge patterns (Crossroads, Conquest, Boa Frost) to complement your service.
